The purpose of the foundation

To create and establish temporary and permanent funds to be used for The Adams County Fair, Hastings, Nebraska.
To encourage public and private contributions for the support, maintenance, improvement, development and expansion or activities of the Adams County Fairgrounds, Hastings, Nebraska.
To solicit and receive contributions, gifts, or devices of both real or personal property.
Administer and disburse funds for such charitable, religious, literary, scientific or educational purpose.
